What I offer:

In the years that I have been practicing I have discovered that getting back to a healthier, more vibrant self takes time. This is especially the case where the following are present:

 

  • Fatigue

  • Low mood

  • Weight gain

  • Chronic pain

  • Chronic disease

 

These symptoms will have taken several years, or even decades, to develop. Habits and behaviours that cause adverse symptoms take time to unlearn and new lifestyle behaviours, eating patterns and beliefs take time to develop. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is health.

 

I work with individuals to help heal and rejuvenate both body and mind. The coaching element is an important part of the process because it enables you to move forward in your own unique style. We all have our own unique individual ways of achieving success. I help clients understand how they do 'success' which enables them to get effective, long lasting results in a very short time. Depending on the need of an individual, focus may be concentrated on either nutrition, emotional health and behaviour, or all three of those things. I offer the below:

 

The Health Creator Transformation package consists of five sessions usually across a timeframe of 60 days.

 

This package begins with an initial consultation which will take place in my London clinic and normally lasts around 90 minutes

An in-depth health case history is taken and you will get to understand how your diet, lifestyle and mindset may be impacting your health and making you feel the way you do. I may recommend that you get certain tests if I feel the need to investigate further around the root cause of an issue.

 

Following on from an initial consultation a plan is developed to begin the journey towards health. During this time we will work together to develop:

 

  • A healing and life changing meal planner

  • A manageable health transformation schedule

  • Your own unique healing strategy with tools to transform your health forever and the creation of new habits to reduce stress and optimise healing

 

Throughout our time together, you will have access to me even between sessions and you are likely to learn lots about yourself. There is often fun and laughter and sometimes even tears as you begin to discover you are more capable than you thought you were. You'll start to make decisions based on what is right for you and the changes you make will feel easier than you might think.

 

A coaching package may also include one or more of the following:

  • The creation of bespoke audio downloads for you to listen to in order to transform your thinking so that you can achieve success more of the time. These are to keep your levels of confidence and motivation high. Not  only do they work for your health goals, but often in other areas of life such as career change and relationships. These habit changing behaviours can be truly transformational in a very short amount of time

  • A values elicitation session

  • Examination and interpretation of any blood work  or other tests that you take

  • Fitness/exercise suggestions to aid with improved physical stature and increased energy levels

  • Coaching breakthrough intervention sessions may be offered if deemed necessary

  • follow up action plan report after each coaching session

 

Many of the people who come to me are already trying to do the right thing - they are interested in their health and are reading books and asking questions.  They may already be making some healthy food choices and/or exercising regularly. They are curious and keen to learn more about how they can feel better.

 

Some of the reasons you may choose to work with me are below:

  • Lack of understanding around why you can’t stop addictive behaviours such as binge eating or smoking

  • Feelings of frustration, sadness or anger at not being able to achieve a health or wellbeing goal. For example: achieving an ideal weight or getting a good night’s sleep

The truth is that to achieve true health we need to heal and reprogramme our mind and body. The good news is that we have an incredible capacity to do that with the right nutrition, the right thinking and the right exercise.  

 

The body is designed to thrive and feel healthy. The body heals when you give it what it needs and keep it away from what harms it.
