The female body is complex at the best of times, balancing energy, regulating sex hormones, balancing mood, managing stress and maintaining an ideal weight. Just one hormone out of balance, through factors such as a stressful and busy lifestyle, nutritional deficiencies, lack of sleep or toxin overloads, can impair hormonal function and cause various unpleasant symptoms such as food cravings, irritability, excessive thirst, insomnia, low mood, PMS, low energy and fatigue
